I’m Naina Durga
Somatic coach and strategist for body-led business
I built a life that looked good, but didn’t feel good. I went to an Ivy League university, worked in high-performing environments, moved through Silicon Valley spaces where ambition, intelligence, and output were the currency. I could create, perform, and deliver, but wasn’t fully present with what I was creating.
What I began to see was that I had been trained to override myself. To prioritize output over sensation, control over trust, performance over presence. And it wasn’t just personal. It was systemic. Cultural. Inherited.
As an Indian woman with an immigrant background, I carry both the imprint of high achievement and the deeper memory of traditions that never separated the body from intelligence, or life force from creation. But somewhere along the way, those threads had been severed. So I started doing the work, layering textbook knowledge with lived experience.
Soma means body in Latin. Rasa means life force — prana, juice — in Sanskrit. East meets West. Science meets Soul.
Through somatics, tantra, and years of direct experience, I began to rebuild a relationship with my body as a place of truth, safety, and power. And as my capacity expanded, everything else began to reorganize. How I led. How I created. How I related. I wasn’t just doing differently. I was being differently.
What I create now comes from that place. Blending modern somatic science, ancient erotic arts, and leadership psychology, I help high-achieving women expand their capacity to hold success, power, and aliveness.
For me, this is not just work. It’s my dharma. I hold a high standard of safety, honesty, and confidentiality in the spaces I create. And as this work grows, I am committed to ensuring it is not extractive. High-ticket containers allow me to create access through sliding scale work and aligned partnerships. This work matters. Not just for the individual—but for what becomes possible when more of us are creating from an expanded, alive, and self-trusting body.
You are quite possibly one of the most powerful people I’ve worked with –and I’ve worked with a lot. The presence, empathy and intuition you lead with is profound.

Training and Lineage
I’m deeply grateful to the teachers, mentors, and guides who have shaped this work.
And to the original sources of this wisdom - the seers, sages, and philosophers whose insights continue to live through the body. To figures such as Abhinavagupta and Lal Ded, and to the many unnamed lineages of tantric and embodied traditions - this work stands on what has been carried forward by the collective kulā.

Somatics is a change theory by which we can embody transformation, individually and Collectively that sustains over time. Foundational change that shows in our thinking, emotions, commitments and actions.
