I’m Naina Durga

Somatic Coach & Consultant

There was a version of my life that looked exactly right. Ivy League. Silicon Valley. High-performing rooms where intelligence and output were the only currencies that counted. I could create, deliver, and perform. I just wasn't present for any of it.

I was executing from a body I had stopped consulting.

What I began to see was that this wasn't a personal failure. It was structural. Cultural. Inherited. As an Indian woman with an immigrant background, I carry the imprint of high achievement in one hand and, in the other, the memory of traditions that never separated the body from intelligence, or desire from creation. Somewhere along the way, those threads had been severed as I learned to override my intuitive signals.

So I went looking for it.

Through somatics, tantra, and years of the kind of inner work they don’t show you on the social media wellness accounts, I consolidated what I had spent years fragmenting: the slam poet, the dancer, the strategist, the lover, the scientist, the seeker. I didn't find a new self. I gathered the ones I had abandoned.

Soma means body. Rasa means essence, juice, the living current. Soma Rasa is where those two things stop being separate.

The work I do now sits at the intersection of somatic science, erotic intelligence, and organizational sociology. On an individual level, I work with high-performing women who are succeeding by every legible measure and quietly running on empty — women who know the theory, have done the therapy, and still cannot consistently access the state from which real creation becomes possible.

I also support organizations to understand not only what people do at work, but what their systems repeatedly teach people to become . I investigate work, culture, leadership, creativity, attention and sustainability.

I hold a high standard of safety, honesty, and confidentiality in everything I create. High-ticket containers fund sliding scale access and free offerings — this work should not only belong to those who can pay full price. And I am committed to building this in a way that is not extractive: of clients, of communities, or of the traditions I draw from.

This is my dharma. It works because it worked on me. And I trust you will feel that in the room

You are quite possibly one of the most powerful people I’ve worked with –and I’ve worked with a lot. The presence, empathy and intuition you lead with is profound.

Somatics is a change theory by which we can embody transformation, individually and Collectively that sustains over time. Foundational change that shows in our thinking, emotions, commitments and actions.
