Libido Formandi: Cultivating the Desire to Create

A guided somatic experience exploring libido formandi—the desire to form, make, express, and bring something into existence.

Through breath, sensory awareness, visualization, and movement, participants explored creative energy as an appetite to be cultivated. At the centre of the practice was the honeypot: a personal, symbolic vessel to be filled with qualities such as pleasure, courage, trust, play, and power and diffused into their nervous system.

By turning attention inward, participants were invited to discover the conditions that nourish their desire to create, reconnect with their capacity for pleasure, and explore what becomes possible when creative action emerges from a place of sensuality & aliveness .
