You are capable of more than you're currently creating. You know this. The gap between what's inside you and what's coming out has stopped surprising you - it's just become the texture of your days. You think you’re blocked, but the body tends to be braced. There's a difference. Blocked means empty. Braced means there's something there and your body has learned, very efficiently, to hold it at a distance.

A note from Naina

I’d been told to calm down or optimize my wellness strategy far too many times. So I built this practice.

I needed to stop living at the edge of myself — producing, showing up, performing presence — while my essential life force kept receding.

I am a somatic coach, a Silicon Valley builder turned founder, a writer, a woman who spent years in spaces that rewarded output and called it aliveness. I know what it costs to be good at something you've half-left.

This practice is eleven minutes of a different kind of attention. The kind that moves toward what's there instead of past it.

It won't fix anything. It will show you what you're capable of holding.

That turns out to be more than you think.

Do I need to be deeply connected to my body already?

Good. Bring that with you. The practice doesn't need your belief. Just your attention.

This practice tends to resonate when: You are already expanding—but it doesn’t always feel good in your body you’re self-aware, but still find yourself overriding your body signals you sense there is more available—but it requires a different way of holding it.
